Return

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We cannot accept digital product returns such as quilt patterns, but if you are having any issues with your download, please contact me at: miriam@stitchobsessed.com, and I will do my best to make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You should receive the credit within 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team at miriam@stitchobsessed.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We will replace the item free of charge.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
